Hi, I’m James!

I’m James, founder of Nextdoor Handyman. As a handyman I provide a variety of services ranging from hanging drywall, light plumbing, light electrical, home appliance repair/installation, and painting. I also have an extensive background in computer repair, Wi-Fi/network installation, and cable installation having worked as both an Electronics Field Technician for VDOT and a Communications Technician for Comcast for many years.

As a busy father and businessman, I understand how valuable your time is. Your time will be respected with prompt, reliable communication. My goal is a one visit resolution. I’m next door and will be right over to help!

When I’m not repairing drywall or hooking up cables, you can find me playing the guitar and enjoying the company of my six kids and beautiful wife.
